The faculty at UMASS Amherst are engaged in important and valuable outreach activities that extend to our colleagues in the professions of speech-language pathology and audiology, as well as to the public. One of our major efforts in the outreach area is the Department’s operation of the Center for Language, Speech and Hearing, which offers clinical services in speech-language pathology and audiology to residents within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and surrounding areas. These clinical services are provided to the public by our graduate students under the direct supervision of certified and licensed speech-language pathologists and audiologists. Individuals who are interested in accessing information about these services can find more information under the Center option listed in the menu bar at the top of each webpage.
